Shipping & Returns
We at EnKourage strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (does not include weekends or holidays).
Exchanges can only be given for the same item. We will only exchange size and color. If the item is no longer available a refund will be given in the payment that was originally used. Exchanges are not offered for lingerie items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to send the merchandise back to us. EnKourage only pays for return shipping for wrong item shipped or defective merchandise. Returns are not offered for lingerie items. For any other type of returns, customer must pay for return shipping freight.
However, returns are required to have our prior authorization. For prior authorization please contact customer service by email at ShopEnKourage@gmail.com with your order number, merchandise number(s), and the reason for your return included. If you do not contact us regarding the return, the merchandise may not be excepted. The return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions will be emailed to you. If we find any defects or the merchandise has been worn we have the right not to except the return.
The Customer is responsible for ALL returned shipping fees associated with exchanges and returns which are NOT due to wrong item sent or defective merchandise. The Customer will be credited for the amount of the merchandise and sales tax but shipping will not be refunded. Your refund will be given in the payment that you originally used for your purchase once we receive the merchandise.
Refused, unclaimed, and undeliverable merchandise returned due to customers error may be subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE ARRIVAL DATE OF YOUR PACKAGE.
Returns must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear.
All items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS!

We offer Domestic and International shipping.
For your protection, all orders are subject for review, including address verification, credit card approval and merchandise availability. As a result, there may be a small delay in processing your order. Orders may also be delayed due to hostile weather conditions. In these instances, your patience is very much appreciated.
Your credit card will not be charged for items purchased until the items have shipped. You may be billed immediately upon order confirmation for items purchased if using a debit or bank card.
*Missing Packages If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please check the tracking information at usps.com If the order shows as delivered, please check around your property, at your building’s office and with neighbors to see if they have received the package. If you have checked all these places and are still unable to locate the package, please contact EnKourage customer service at ShopEnKourage@gmail.com with your order number.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
EnKourage is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrectly entered information during checkout. Please check your shipping information for any errors before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact EnKourage customer service at ShopEnkourage@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If for any reason the customer merchandise is not delivered and is returned to us the customer will be issued a credit for the purchase price of the items (not including shipping) shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for providing the correct address during check out. Customer will be contacted once the package is returned to see if they would like the item reshipped, if the item is reshipped the customer will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping charges.
Defective or Damaged Items If an item you received is defective or was damaged during shipment, please contact customer service at ShopEnkourage@gmail.com for return information as soon as possible.
Please be sure to hold onto the original packaging if the item appears to be damaged.
